Processing times

Your items will be processed within an average of 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays) from our warehouse in France.

Delivery times:

• 3 to 5 business days with tracking for France;
• 3 to 6 business days with tracking for Belgium and Luxembourg;
• 6 to 10 business days with tracking for overseas territories.

Delivery methods by zone:

• Metropolitan France: Colissimo, Mondial Relay or private carriers (depending on availability).
• Europe: Colissimo International, Mondial Relay or partner private carriers.
• Overseas territories (DOM-TOM): Colissimo Outre-mer with tracking.

Delivery fees:

- €3.95 for overseas territories.
