Processing times
Your items will be processed within 1 to 2 working days on average (excluding weekends & public holidays) from our warehouse based in France.
Delivery times:
- 2 to 4 working days with tracking for France;
- 3 to 6 working days with tracking for Belgium and Luxembourg;
- 6 to 10 Working days with tracking for overseas territories.
Delivery methods depending on the area:
- Metropolitan France: Colissimo, Mondial Relay or private carriers (depending on availability).
- Europe: Colissimo International, Mondial Relay or partner private carriers.
- Overseas (DOM-TOM) : Colissimo Overseas with tracking.
Delivery costs:
Free delivery throughout Europe and overseas!
Delivery zones : France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, French Guiana, Mayotte, French Polynesia, New Caledonia.
No refund will be issued in the event of an error in entering your delivery information during your order placement.
