RETURNS 

If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons beyond our control,
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Order cancellation or modification

We process your orders quickly, usually within 12 hours. Therefore, you have 12 hours after placing your order to complete your purchase. to send a cancellation or modification email to info@kelysaroma.com

After this time, the ordered items will already be in transit.

In this case, you must wait for delivery and return the items to us for a refund (product cost + shipping). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is accepted, the refund for your items will be issued no later than 30 days after receipt of the returned product, plus the interbank processing time of 3 to 10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank.

There is often a processing time before a refund is recorded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that were originally faulty or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at info@kelysaroma.com

Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the postal address that will be provided to you by email via customer service.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
